Today we recognize and honor the brave men and women who have received the Purple Heart, a prestigious medal given to those who have been wounded or killed in the line of duty. Thank you just doesn’t seem like enough. Meg’s daddy, Wayne Mitchell, received three of those Purple Hearts from his service in Vietnam. We’re praying for all the wounded veterans and their families, and we are grateful for the sacrifice you’ve given. Remember to thank a veteran today!
